Shipping & Delivery

At GLAMÓRE, we believe the arrival of your package is the final step of our ritual. We take great care in preparing your order to ensure it arrives safely and efficiently.

1. Order Processing We operate our fulfillment center from Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore Public Holidays.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 2 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it is handed over to our courier.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday. We appreciate your patience as we give our team time to rest.

  • Pre-Order Items: If your order contains an item on Pre-Order, please note that the entire order will be placed on hold until all items are in stock and ready to ship together. 
    • If you wish to receive the available items first, please contact us at hello@glamoreworld.com. We will be happy to arrange a partial delivery for you. 
    • Please Note: While the first shipment remains complimentary, a $5 shipping fee will apply to the subsequent delivery of your pre-ordered items. 

2. Local Delivery (Singapore) We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

  • Shipping Fee: Complimentary (Free).

  • Estimated Arrival: Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 1–3 business days.

  • Courier Partner: We entrust your parcels to SF Shipping to ensure secure and professional delivery.

3. International Shipping Currently, GLAMÓRE ships exclusively to addresses within Singapore. We are working on expanding our reach to international clients in the future.

4. Tracking Your Journey Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing your SF Shipping tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update in the system.

5. Order Issues & Damages While we pack every order with precision, we understand that issues can occur during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us at hello@glamoreworld.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your building concierge or neighbors first. If it is still missing, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with SF Shipping.
