International Return Policy (AU, CA, UK, US)
At GLAMÓRE, we take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. We have designed our international policy to be as hassle-free as possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee subject to the following conditions:

Timeframe: You have 90 days from the date of purchase to initiate a request.

Resolution: We offer Store Credit or an Exchange for your item. We do not offer cash refunds for international orders.

No Return Necessary: To save you the hassle and cost of international shipping, you are not required to mail the physical item back to us. Simply contact our support team to process your claim.

Australia, Canada, UK & US: Processing is Free. (Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable).
How Exchanges Work:

Upgrade to a pricier item? You'll pay the difference.

Downgrade to a cheaper item? We'll issue the difference as Store Credit.
Specials and Final Sale: Items bought during sales events or promotions are final sale and cannot be exchanged or credited.
Authorized Retailers: Only products from glamoreworld.com are covered by this policy. If you bought from our authorized retailers, you'll need to contact them directly.
Playing Fair: Because we do not require physical returns, we monitor all claims strictly to make sure people aren't abusing the system (e.g., excessive claims, creating multiple accounts, or reselling items). If we catch someone misusing the policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request at our sole discretion.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Since physical returns are not required, your request will be processed via email.

Timeline: We aim to process your request and issue your Store Credit or dispatch your Exchange within 5 business days of receiving your email.
If it's been 5 business days and you haven't heard anything, please follow up at returns@glamoreworld.com with your order number.
